Starting in recruitment, he developed specialization in managed staffing programs and pioneered early Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Providers (MSP).

Chris has led the design and implementation of innovative workforce programs and advisory services, including his role as Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies at Staffing Industry Analysts. His expertise in sourcing strategies and workforce optimization has supported some of the world’s top companies.

As a Co-Founder of AI Validation Lab, Chris continues to pioneer at the intersection of hiring best practices, employment law, and advanced HR technology, helping organizations navigate complex hiring frameworks with confidence and compliance.

With over 23 years in the human capital industry, Frank Enriquez is a recognized thought leader and innovator in talent management. As Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer of AI Validation Lab, he has redefined workforce strategies by developing novel methodologies and advisory services.

Frank’s expertise spans the entire contingent workforce industry, where he has led groundbreaking assessments to measure maturity and performance. Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer Eric Rumbaugh is a nationally recognized leader in labor and employment law, specializing in contingent workforce compliance, trade secrets, and non-competition agreement for over two decades. His expertise extends to contract drafting, policy development, and litigation defense, making him a trusted advisor in mitigating legal risks in workforce management.

As coordinator of his firm’s Trade Secret and Non-Competition Group, Eric has led high-profile litigation and drafted best practices for protecting intellectual property, ensuring compliance and preventing talent misappropriation. He is a sought-after thought leader in employment law, regularly discussing workforce compliance and regulatory trends at national conferences.

Seto Adenuga

Seto Adenuga, a distinguished AI Governance and Data Protection leader, delivers compliance and risk management solutions across complex business landscapes. As an AI Governance & Data Protection Consultant at NFU Mutual, Seto develops and implements AI governance frameworks that adhere to evolving global regulations.

Recognized as one of the world’s first certified AI Governance Professionals via IAPP, her expertise in AI risk analysis, ethical AI implementation, and third-party governance enable her to advise C-suite executives on AI and data privacy, draft AI ethics policies and impact reports, and lead initiatives to align AI with legal and ethical standards.

Seto holds an MSc in Law, Business, and Management from Anglia Ruskin University. Her education, coupled with deep AI governance experience, positions her to shape responsible AI adoption in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Brent Holland

Brent Holland brings extensive expertise in talent selection, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven hiring systems to his advisory work. As the founder of Intelliante, he has developed innovative, compliant hiring platforms that leverage machine learning and simulations to enhance workforce quality for organizations worldwide. With over 25 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, global consulting, and entrepreneurship, Brent has shaped talent strategies in over 50 countries, advising companies on ethical AI use, reducing bias and discriminatory hiring practices, data-driven talent selection, and workforce optimization.

A frequent speaker and writer on talent strategy, analysis of work, selection-system validation, and AI ethics, he holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. Brent currently helps companies design agile, high-impact hiring solutions by providing actionable insights to align practices with regulatory and ethical standards.
