How CLE credit works at FairHire Academy
Everything attorneys need to know about earning, claiming, and reporting CLE credit for our AI hiring compliance courses.
Four-step claim process
- 1
Complete the course
Watch every lesson and pass the end-of-course quiz with a score at or above the listed threshold (typically 80%).
- 2
Download your certificate
A timestamped PDF certificate with a unique cert ID is generated automatically and stored in your dashboard.
- 3
Check your state's category
Confirm whether your state bar requires submission as ethics, technology, or general CLE — see the table below.
- 4
Submit per your state's rules
Self-reported states accept the certificate directly via the bar's CLE portal. Pre-approved states already have the course on file under our provider record.
