By accessing or using the AI Validation Lab, LLC website and services, including FairHire Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

AI Validation Lab, LLC provides AI hiring compliance validation services, educational courses, compliance assessments, and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with third parties
• Not create accounts for others without authorization

4. Course Enrollment and Payments

Course fees are charged at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a course, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted to info@aivalidationlab.com.

CLE credits and certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and passing the final assessment. We are not responsible for state bar processing of CLE submissions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including course materials, assessments, articles, frameworks, and the AI hiring legal database — is owned by AI Validation Lab, LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your license to access enrolled courses is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your individual use.

6. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

All content provided by AI Validation Lab, LLC — including course materials, assessment reports, articles, and the AI legal tracker — is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed. Consult qualified legal counsel for advice specific to your situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Validation Lab, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce or resell course content without permission
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls
• Submit false or misleading information in assessments
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
